MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

Setup

1. StudioSync Campaigns – Open StudioSync and prepare the monthly newsletter campaign.

2. Clone from a Previous Newsletter – Use a past newsletter template to maintain branding consistency.

3. Check Important Dates – Review the Important Dates Calendar and spreadsheet to ensure all upcoming events, deadlines, and promotions are included.

4. Update Content – Customize the newsletter with:

• Upcoming events & deadlines

• Registration reminders

• Promotions & special offers

• Important announcements

• Featured student or teacher spotlights

5. Proofread & Review – Check for errors, ensure all links work, and confirm the information is accurate.

6. Schedule & Send – Finalize the email and schedule it for scheduled drip mode, 5 contacts every 10 minutes

Ensure all emails were sent – Check the campaign report for failed emails. Go to the contacts info and resend email if failed.

Bring a friend week - permission form it is the friends parents that need to fill out the form not the person bringing the friend. You can use last years September newsletter for reference if needed.
