We truly value having (him/her/them) as part of our studio community and want to ensure (his/her/their) experience has been a positive one.

If you do wish to proceed, this email will serve as your official 30-day notice, as outlined in our policies. (Student’s Name)’s final day of enrolment and tuition coverage will be (DATE).

Your current balance for the remainder of classes is $[Balance Owing], and this final payment will be processed to the card on file immediately. Once processed, your withdrawal will be considered complete.

Please note that you are still welcome to attend any scheduled classes through (DATE). We encourage you to take full advantage of the remaining time in class!

If you change your mind before (Student’s Name)’s final class, we’d be happy to reverse the withdrawal and keep your dancer moving with us.

IMPORTANT: If the card on file is invalid or the payment fails to process, the withdrawal will remain incomplete and may result in additional charges.

Thanks so much for reaching out — I’m happy to clarify.

Yes, tuition auto-payments are scheduled for the 1st of each month. While accounts are set to auto-pay, the payments do need to be manually triggered by our admin team to begin processing.

Because our office was closed on (DATE) for the holiday, automated system emails went out showing outstanding balances before we were able to run the auto-payments. This is why you may have received a balance notification even though you’re enrolled in auto-pay.

I can confirm that (MONTH) auto-payments have now been processed, and your account should be up to date. No action is needed on your end.

This can occasionally happen around holidays or office closures, and we really appreciate your patience during those times. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your account.

In an effort to be fully transparent, we want to inform you about an upcoming adjustment to our tuition for the upcoming season, effective August 1st, 2026.

While we've experienced rising costs like many small businesses, we've chosen not to raise tuition for the past two years in order to continue supporting our families. As we enter our fifth season, a modest adjustment has become necessary to sustain the level of quality our community expects and deserves. Even with this change, our tuition will remain well below standard rates in the industry. Please note that while our registration, recital, and costume fees will remain the same, there will be a slight increase in tuition. Rest assured, our classes will still be priced well below $25/hr, maintaining our commitment to providing affordable dance education.

We understand that any increase may raise concerns, but we want to emphasize that our prices will still remain well below industry standards. This adjustment will enable us to continue providing you with quality dance classes led by the industry's finest teachers. Our exceptional teachers and the welcoming atmosphere of our studio have always been at the heart of what we do.

As part of this update, we’re happy to share that credit card processing fees will no longer be applied to tuition payments. To help streamline billing and take advantage of this change, we kindly ask that all families ensure they are set up for automatic payments. If paying by credit card is not an option for your family, please reach out—we're happy to arrange e-transfer payments for your account.
